Whisman Giordano and Associates is pleased to announce that we have, for the second time in three years, won national recognition from Accounting Today as a “Best Accounting Firm to Work for.” The program identifies the top 100 accounting firms in the United States. 

Accounting Today and the Best Companies Group partnered to identify companies that have excelled in creating quality workplaces for employees. Firms entered the two-part survey process. The first part evaluated each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top firms and the final ranking. The ranked list and an in-depth report will be released in early September on AccountingToday.com and in their print edition.
