Since 1959, Lutheran Community Services has been serving low-income families in Delaware and families with dignity and respect through various services. It was Whisman Giordano’s honor to support this engaged organization that helps Delawareans in various ways. To highlight some of their programs:

• They provide nutritious food for individuals and families who are food insecure.
• They partner with Christiana Care to reduce health disparities through their mobile Food Farmacy model.
• They partner with the Delaware Quitline to help Delawareans quit smoking.
• They have a homelessness prevention program.
