Whisman Giordano CEO Joseph A. Giordano donates his time to the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors. He carries the additional responsibility of serving as the Treasurer. The Delaware State Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1837 as the Wilmington Board of Trade. Their mission is to promote an economic climate that enables businesses of all sizes and types to succeed.
