On Saturday, December 16, members of the Whisman Giordano family spread across three states to sponsor and support the Wreaths Across America event. This national program brings together around 2 million volunteers to “Remember the fallen. Honor those who serve. Teach the next generation the value of freedom.” In 2022, 2.7 million sponsored veterans’ wreaths on headstones of our nation’s service members at 3,702 participating locations.

• Senior Manager Tom Dyer and Staff Accountant II Evan Petrin (the one responsible for bringing this incredible idea to the firm) participated at the Pennsville, NJ location. The firm was honored to sponsor wreaths at this location.

• Director, Julie Morgan volunteered at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV.

• Marketing Manager Christa McLaughlin participated on the base of the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, MD.

Prior the the laying of the wreaths, each location held a poignant ceremony to honor those who have gone before, and also to thank those who serve/served along with their families for their sacrifices.
