On September 30, team members across three states (Christa, Joan, Julie, and Lisa) participated in Vet Fest, albeit virtually. We covered four separate locations in the great states of Maryland, Minnesota, and Nevada. The mission of Vet Fest is to provide an uplifting and educational day, bringing the military and civilian communities together to benefit active duty and military families. The event takes place in the Town of Whitehall in Middletown, DE, and offers participants the options an onsite 5K run, family walk, 10K ruck. Aside from all the wonderful aspects of the event, it also serves as a fundraising event for Stop Soldier Suicide.
