Niko Reckner, a Newark Morning Rotary IMPACT club member, started his Tuesday off right by volunteering at the Food Bank of Delaware to fill boxes of nonperishables for community members. IMPACT was created to be service-focused only, and offers greater flexibility than the traditional Rotary structure. Their mission statement is to advance the programs of Rotary International and to improve the quality of life of people in need in the Greater Newark area, we support a variety of community service projects through financial assistance and hands-on activities while maintaining a warm environment of fellowship among our members.
